Is my PDF uploaded to a server?+
No. Your PDF never leaves your device. The form fields are parsed and filled entirely in your browser using pdf-lib, with no uploads and no tracking of file contents.
Can I flatten the form after filling?+
Yes. You can optionally flatten the PDF on export, which converts your filled fields into permanent, non-editable text baked into the page — useful for signing contracts or submitting applications.
What field types are supported?+

What if my PDF has no form fields?+

Can I fill multiple copies of the same form with different data?+
Yes. The bulk mode accepts a CSV with one row per form copy and one column per form field. Upload the form once and the CSV once, and the tool produces a ZIP of individual filled PDFs ready to send. Field names in the CSV header must match the form field names exactly (case-sensitive); the tool shows the available field names from your PDF before you upload the CSV to verify.
What happens if my CSV row has more or fewer columns than the form?+
Missing fields default to empty (or whatever default was set in the form). Extra columns in the CSV are ignored with a warning. The tool reports which fields were filled and which were left empty in a summary after generation so you can verify the data matched as expected.
Does the bulk-fill mode preserve formatting from my CSV?+
Yes. Newlines in a CSV cell render as line breaks in the filled PDF text field if the field is multi-line. Currency formatting (commas, decimal points), date formatting, and any character your CSV contains pass through verbatim. The tool does not reformat your data; what you put in the CSV is what fills the field. For consistent formatting across many rows, pre-format your CSV in Excel or Google Sheets before upload.
