What the print PDF contains, measured
The PDF is built for a print shop: its page is the card's exact trim size, with 3 mm of bleed added on every edge when "3 mm bleed in PDF" is ticked (the default). These are the files the generator produced in Chromium on October 12, 2026, read back with a PDF parser:

The bleed is made by repeating the card's outermost pixels outwards, so a background colour or gradient that reaches the edge carries on past the trim line and a slightly off-centre cut leaves no white sliver. Keep text and logos at least 3 mm inside the trim as a safe zone, because the bleed area is cut away. Rounded corners in the preview are left out of the PDF: printers cut cards square unless you order rounded-corner cutting, which they apply themselves.
What the PDF does not include: crop marks (if your printer needs them, they can add them or will say so in their file guidelines), CMYK conversion (the file is RGB, which printers convert; very bright blues and greens can print duller), and live text (the whole card is one 300 dpi image, so there are no fonts to embed or outline). The PNG download is the card at the same resolution, without bleed, for screens or for printers that take images.
