What is the Workspace?+
The Workspace is a personal dashboard that saves design tokens you create across any tool on Ultimate Design Tools. Colors from the Palette Generator, fonts from Font Pairing, shadows from Shadow Generator — everything collects here and exports as one unified file.
Where is my data stored?+
All workspace data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Nothing is sent to any server. Your tokens persist between visits on the same browser and device, but clearing browser data will remove them.
Can I export my entire workspace?+
Yes. The workspace exports your complete token set as CSS custom properties, a Tailwind CSS config, SCSS variables, or JSON tokens compatible with Style Dictionary and Tokens Studio. One click gives you a production-ready file.
How do I save tokens to My Workspace?+
Most tools include a 'Save to Workspace' button. Click it to send the current token values to your workspace. Tokens are stored in your browser's local storage.
What export formats are supported?+
CSS custom properties, Tailwind CSS config, SCSS variables, and JSON. The export includes all saved tokens organized by category.
Is my data saved between sessions?+

The workspace lives entirely in your own browser. Every tool you save, every preset you store, every recent item we surface is kept in your local browser storage on this device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is synced across devices, and nothing is shared back to the site. That is the right tradeoff for a free utility hub: zero accounts to manage, zero data collection, zero privacy exposure. The cost is that switching browsers or clearing site data wipes the workspace. Export the list to a bookmark folder if you want a portable copy.
